Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Shopper Lead to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our ecommerce operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce programs, including Club Pickup and Ship From Club. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations of ecommerce programs, including Club Pickup and Ship From Club
  • Assist management with supervising associates in assigned areas of responsibility
  • Train and provide resources to meet store associate needs
  • Provide feedback and guidance to associates on member service approaches and techniques
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support the development of new metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of existing ones
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates
  • Develop and implement processes and practices to meet business needs
  • Lead and participate in teams to achieve business priorities and customer needs
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Hourly Wage Range

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
