Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Representative to join our team at MBO / Cross. This role is perfect for someone with a strong passion for communication, public relations, and a drive to build meaningful relationships with local VIPs, clients, and key decision-makers in the wireless/cellular market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations in the wireless/cellular market to expand the company's presence and customer base.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to adjust marketing and sales strategies.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive targeted marketing campaigns and measure their success, ensuring customer retention and acquisition.
  • Train and mentor sales teams on product offerings, market positioning, and effective communication strategies tailored to wireless solutions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand product developments, network expansions, and the impact on marketing strategies.
  • Engage in public relations activities and manage interactions with VIPs and high-profile clients.
  • Demonstrate a servant leadership approach in all customer interactions, ensuring a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Participate in marketing events, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure a cohesive brand message and customer experience.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing, PR, or a related field.
  • Experience in mobile device sales, SIM card management, and cellular plans.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Experience in VIP interaction and public relations.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the job.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Open-minded, team-oriented, and able to work collaboratively.
  • Hands-on experience in telecom marketing or wireless business development is preferred.
