We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Representative to join our team at MBO / Cross. This role is perfect for someone with a strong passion for communication, public relations, and a drive to build meaningful relationships with local VIPs, clients, and key decision-makers in the wireless/cellular market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations in the wireless/cellular market to expand the company's presence and customer base.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to adjust marketing and sales strategies.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive targeted marketing campaigns and measure their success, ensuring customer retention and acquisition.
- Train and mentor sales teams on product offerings, market positioning, and effective communication strategies tailored to wireless solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand product developments, network expansions, and the impact on marketing strategies.
- Engage in public relations activities and manage interactions with VIPs and high-profile clients.
- Demonstrate a servant leadership approach in all customer interactions, ensuring a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas and strategies.
- Participate in marketing events, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure a cohesive brand message and customer experience.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner in all interactions.
- Proven experience in marketing, PR, or a related field.
- Experience in mobile device sales, SIM card management, and cellular plans.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Experience in VIP interaction and public relations.
- Willingness to travel as required by the job.
- Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Open-minded, team-oriented, and able to work collaboratively.
- Hands-on experience in telecom marketing or wireless business development is preferred.
