Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete accounts receivable cycle: This includes processing invoices, handling payment collections, and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial reports, utilizing advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and Vlookup for effective data analysis.

  • Vendor Management: Keep accurate and updated vendor files and contract databases.
  • Month-End Procedures: Assist in month-end closing activities and other essential accounting tasks.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and internal company policies.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounts receivable role.
  • Proficiency in financial software, particularly Concur Invoice, along with advanced Excel skills.
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in financial reporting and data analysis is advantageous.
