Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial and ongoing evaluations of patients' conditions.
  • Develop, modify, and assess a tailored care plan based on identified needs, involving patients and their families.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions using established physical therapy methodologies suitable for each patient's condition.
  • Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other support staff.
  • Educate patients, families, and colleagues as necessary to achieve treatment objectives.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient and personal records.
  • Engage in performance enhancement initiatives related to departmental and organizational functions.
  • Participate in the recruitment of new team members and assist in peer performance evaluations as required.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Availability for on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the relevant state must be secured prior to employment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
