  • Operating and maintaining various winery machinery, including crushers, presses, pumps, and forklifts.
  • Receiving and managing incoming supplies, including grapes and barrels.
  • Ensuring all tasks meet established quality control standards.
  • Collaborating in a safe and team-oriented environment.
This position is a Full-Time Seasonal role, typically requiring Monday to Friday availability (with some weekends), totaling over 40 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, lifting, and working in varying temperatures.
  • Flexibility to accommodate peak season demands.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (THC is acceptable).
Compensation: The pay rate ranges from $19 to $23 based on experience.
