Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Replen/Customer Service team member to join our team in Tampa-S Dale Mabry, FL. As a key contributor to our store's success, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-merchandised and in-stock store, and supporting our shrink and safety programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards.
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
- Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
- Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
- Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remaining positive and respectful even in difficult situations.
- Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
Requirements
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
