Job Summary

The Group Facilitator provides therapeutic treatment, with an emphasis on evidence-based drug and alcohol treatment methods. This role involves facilitating scheduled groups and documenting the sessions in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR). The successful candidate will maintain all applicable licenses and certification requirements and adhere to all regulations and standards set by the facility and regulatory entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Clinical Director and/or Program Director and other professional staff to develop a comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation, and treatment.
  • Deliver appropriate topics to scheduled groups.
  • Complete all group notes immediately after leading each group.
  • Document all services provided in clients' medical records.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures, DMHAS and Joint Commission standards and regulations.
  • Participate in staff meetings, providing training on therapeutic services and mental health topics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director, including meeting with clients individually for support.
About the Role

This is a full-time position working Sunday through Thursday. The Group Facilitator will work closely with the Clinical Director and other staff members to provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely client charting in compliance with clinical guidelines.
