We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach Surgical Technology courses at the College of Central Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, assessing student learning, and contributing to the development of the Surgical Technology program.
Key Responsibilities- Teach Surgical Technology courses, including lecture and laboratory components
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students and the program
- Assess student learning and provide feedback to students
- Participate in program development and evaluation
- Contribute to the College's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a credential in Surgical Technology through a national certification program and at least two years of experience in an operating room scrub role or as a Surgical Technology Instructor within the past five years.
Applicants must also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral communication, and writing skills, as well as a commitment to teaching and learning.
