Job Description

REVERE PLASTICS SYSTEMS is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, verifying invoice consignment inventory, and ensuring timely payment processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions for multiple plant locations, including verification of invoice consignment inventory and timely payment processing.
  • Apply cash receipts and reconcile consignment inventory on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze credit and debit memos to ensure accurate financial reporting and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-train in Accounts Payable and cover responsibilities as needed to support the team.
  • Assist with Manufacturing and Administrative support as required, utilizing your exceptional problem-solving skills.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting or related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
