Spa Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at Inn by the Sea. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional massages and spa body treatments to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

• Provide professional massages and spa body treatments to guests, using a variety of techniques and modalities.
• Maintain complete knowledge of spa services, products, and departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure guest comfort and modesty at all times, explaining treatment procedures and draping techniques as needed.
• Communicate effectively with guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Work cohesively with other Spa staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to spa standards and protocols.

• Minimum of two years experience in a spa, physician's office, or professional massage clinic.
• Knowledge of physiology and anatomy, as well as proficiency in various body work techniques and modalities.
• Ability to assess guests' physical needs and knowledge of proper therapy methods and contraindications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive guest information.
