Role Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in personal lines account management and customer service to drive business growth and client satisfaction. You will work closely with our dynamic team to develop and implement effective strategies that enhance our services and reputation.
Key Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in personal lines account management or customer service within the insurance industry.
- Active California insurance license or the ability to obtain one shortly after hire during probationary period.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other essential software used in the insurance industry, including MS Office Suite preferred.
