We are seeking a skilled and motivated Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team at Synergy Companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform installations required for various programs, including weatherstripping, smart thermostats, and low-flow showerheads.
  • Ensure all measures are properly installed and functioning before leaving the customer's premises.
  • Attend service calls as directed by our service call department.
  • Participate in company meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain company equipment and vehicles in good condition.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license necessary.
  • Prior experience as an installer or attendance at a technical college preferred.
  • Ability to work with hands and tools.
  • Knowledgeable about basic and power tools.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $17.00 per hour + commission additive.
  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week (typically 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm).
  • Tools provided.
