Clinical Pharmacist

Bryan Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in a critical care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in pharmacy practice.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate patient drug therapy plans for efficacy, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide pharmacokinetic dosage calculations and evaluations as needed.
- Participate in quality assessment and improvement programs to ensure optimal patient care.
- Assist in the orientation and training of pharmacy personnel.
Qualifications:
A Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution is required. Completion of a hospital pharmacy residency is preferred. Pharmacist licensure in the State of Nebraska is required. Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus.
