Overview

You will be tasked with promoting Acosta products, including dairy items, across various retail locations within your designated area. This role encompasses product presentation, placement of new items, promotional displays, and overall territory oversight (a valid driver's license is required). Travel and mileage reimbursements are part of the package.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will:
  • Utilize technology to gather and report data from store visits using a company-provided tablet.
  • Ensure optimal product distribution and display in assigned accounts, which includes cleaning, stocking, rotating, pricing merchandise, and conducting audits as necessary.
  • Engage with management promptly, meet set objectives and goals, and communicate store-level insights related to client products and customer needs.
  • Act as the client's representative by identifying sales opportunities and managing shelf space through relationship-building with store leadership.
Qualifications
  • Ability to travel to various locations in the area; possession of a valid driver's license and capability to drive for extended periods.
  • Comfortable using technology (e.g., smartphones and handheld devices) to interpret instructions for display setups.
  • Physically active and able to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to comprehend and execute documented instructions.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
