Job Title: Pain Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Pain Management Specialist to join our team on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. As a key member of our orthopedic care team, you will collaborate with renowned specialists to develop personalized pain management plans, empowering patients to return to their activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Become an integral part of our team: Work alongside leading orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans for patients suffering from pain.
  • Make a difference in patients' lives: Develop individualized care plans that address pain, improve mobility, and restore functionality.
  • Be a trusted source of information: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to answer questions, address concerns, and ensure everyone is on the same page regarding treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records: Document patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans to ensure clear communication and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of practice.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with specialization in orthopedics or certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) with orthopedic experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and patient needs.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience.
