Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of swim instructors and staff to deliver high-quality swim programs
  • Ensure exceptional customer service through prompt response to inquiries and effective resolution of issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program efficiency, engagement, and retention
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to customer registrations, class scheduling, and facility operations
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., education, recreation, business)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a customer-facing industry
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance and operation is an asset
