Our client, a leading cannabis producer and brand located in Southern California, is on the lookout for a Bulk Sales Manager to spearhead and enhance the sales of bulk flower from their cultivation facilities. This position requires close collaboration with company leadership as well as the cultivation and distribution teams to develop and implement a B2B strategy for bulk flower sales, which includes pricing strategies, client relationship management, deal negotiations, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:- Identify, generate leads, and finalize bulk flower sales through direct meetings to establish robust and enduring distribution channels.
- Conduct outreach through cold calls to generate leads and perform daily sales activities, ensuring to document daily reports, call logs, and records of sales visits.
- Foster strong relationships with current clients by executing email marketing initiatives and follow-ups to guarantee exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain a CRM system to support overall sales objectives and monitor marketing and sales interactions.
- Provide insights on market trends, pricing strategies, and strain selection to stay ahead of industry shifts and support internal marketing efforts to drive sales.
- Identify and engage potential business partners, vendors, and suppliers to cultivate and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Manage dynamic pricing models based on product quality and potency, and negotiate contract terms with business partners and suppliers.
- Set and achieve sales targets while reviewing sales metrics and performance to optimize sales outcomes.
- Must reside within the Los Angeles Metropolitan area.
- Willingness to travel throughout Southern California as needed for client engagements.
- A Bachelor’s degree in management, supply chain, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in bulk sales with a proven history of closing deals and moving products.
- Established network and strong relationships within the Southern California cannabis industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills complemented by a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Experience in driving strategic sales initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in distributor management and contract/vendor negotiations.
- Strong negotiation capabilities, with the ability to engage and persuade effectively.
- Highly organized and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
$70,000 - $75,000 Salary plus commission
