About the Role:
∙ Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
∙ Compensation: $21/Hour
∙ Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs 6AM-4:30PM. Overtime may occur during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Construct trusses and gables utilizing hand tools such as hammers and tape measures.
  2. Operate radial arm saws safely and efficiently.
  3. Manually stack lumber as it exits the machinery.
  4. Assist in finger joining and stacking processes.
  5. Ensure proper packing and handling of orders.
  6. Maintain inventory accuracy through daily counts.
  7. Verify overdue orders against incoming materials.
  8. Utilize forklifts for unloading and moving materials as necessary.
  9. Adapt to various areas of the production facility as required.
  10. Maintain cleanliness in the work environment.

Qualifications:
  1. Ability to read and interpret tape measures.
  2. Capable of performing the physical tasks associated with the position.
  3. Forklift experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  4. Basic computer proficiency.

Physical Demands:
  1. Regular lifting, pulling, and pushing of up to 50lbs; heavier items will require team assistance.
