Position Summary

We are looking for a proficient Java Engineer to contribute to the development of our Rates eTrading Application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and enhancement of the Rates eTrading application stacks, aligning with business objectives while supporting IT architecture and new technology strategies.
  • Engage in the full software development lifecycle, including:
    • Development, testing, deployment, release, and post-release activities on various subjects such as automated and manual responses, hedging, internalization, algorithmic order management, booking, trade enrichment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide first-level support by:
    • Ensuring adherence to best practices, including conducting code reviews and obtaining validation from users, peers, and stakeholders.
    • Creating comprehensive documentation for knowledge transfer and effective progress reporting.
  • Offer second-level support for the Rates US eTrading platform by:
    • Maintaining, adapting, improving, stabilizing, and automating the platform to minimize manual interventions.
    • Assisting users (traders, sales) and the Application Production Support team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Quantitative Finance.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software development.
Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is US$100,000 - US$130,000.
