About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Enterprise Mobility Inc. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing car service, repair, and maintenance tasks to ensure our fleet of vehicles is in top condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform car service, repair, and maintenance tasks according to company policy and procedures.
  • Exercise reasonable judgment and initiative to ensure high-quality work.
  • Work with a focus on customer satisfaction and adhere to our Quality Standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and meet productivity goals.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles.
  • OEM training or certification, or 4 current and valid ASE certifications.
  • Understanding of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty procedures.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years.
  • Basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products.
