About the Job

Care Dynamics, LLC is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our rapidly growing, family-owned physical therapy practice. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and engage with clients in a family-oriented manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients, including developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Engage with clients in a family-oriented manner, promoting a supportive and caring environment
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy
  • Active New York license or willingness to obtain one
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
  • Ability to engage with clients and create a family atmosphere
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to treat patients effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous outpatient experience
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
