  • Design and development of site layout and grading plans, including stormwater management systems
  • Utilities design and implementation
  • Soil erosion and sediment control measures
  • Landscaping and lighting design
  • Project management, including zoning and land development permitting, field inspection, hydraulic and hydrologic design and analysis, site plan drafting, environmental impact assessment, and preparation of project reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Experience with site and grading design, zoning and site plan permitting process, and technical writing are a plus
