Machine Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator to join our team at ProAmpac. As a key member of our production crew, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our machinery to ensure seamless production.
- Operate and maintain machinery to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintained to prevent accidents.
- Monitor and report production metrics to improve overall performance.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in operating and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
