Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Services team at Lake Granbury Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse ER Night Shift, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
About the Job:
* Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
* Administer medications and perform various patient tests as needed
* Educate patients and families on self-care skills and promote independence
* Work a 3x12 schedule, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Requirements:
* Current TX RN license
* Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's preferred
* BLS & ACLS certification
* TNCC upon hire preferred, but must possess within first year
* PALS or ENPC certification
* 1 year of ER experience
