We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Hope Network. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals and live independently.

**Job Summary**

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to person-centered care and be able to build positive relationships with clients. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop personalized plans that promote independence, empowerment, and community integration.

**Responsibilities**

* Encourage and support clients in their daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and transportation* Assist clients in developing and maintaining healthy habits and routines* Provide emotional support and advocacy to clients and their families* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support* Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory agencies

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required* Valid State of Michigan driver's license preferred* Ability to lift 50 lbs* Ability to pass background checks as applicable* Basic computer skills required* CPR/First Aid certification a plus*

**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer competitive pay based on experience, with an estimated annual salary of $40,000 - $60,000. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
