Job Title: Senior Intelligence Operations Planner-TS/SCI

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Intelligence Operations Planner to join our team at Jacobs. As a key member of our intelligence team, you will play a critical role in supporting challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation's security and intelligence mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intelligence analysis related to counterterrorism, HUMINT, SIGINT, CI, Iraq and Syria regional issues, and targeting.
  • Provide senior-level analytical advising for military and DoD civilian operational planning.
  • Advise military or DoD civilian analysts on enemy and coalition activities that affect operational planning.
  • Develop and present post-graduate level intelligence products at the operational and strategic levels for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with other CJ2 staff to provide cultural, religious, political, geopolitical, military/social/behavioral science perspectives on governance and development to operational planning teams and OIR staff elements as needed.
  • Assist with resolution of difficult and complex planning efforts in support of current and future operations.
  • Maintain situational awareness and analysis of regional public and multinational sentiment/reactions following major coalition operations as well as the actions of ISIS and other non-state actors in the region, factoring public sentiment into planning efforts.
  • Interact with General Officer (GO), Senior Executive Service (SES), and other OIR Staff Planners.
  • Advise/inform/educate CJTF-OIR staff personnel.

Requirements:

  • Clearance Required: TS/SCI
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or eight years of direct relevant experience
  • Minimum Years of Experience: At least eight years military experience in Military Intelligence, Strategic Intelligence, Special Operations, Area Intelligence, or Multi INTs within DoD or equivalent Government agencies or equivalent specialty codes such as MOS 35M--Human Intelligence Collector (HUMINT Collector), 18F Special Forces Intelligence Sergeant, 180A SF WO, USMC — 0211 Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, U.S. Navy — Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF - IN771 Human Intelligence Specialist, IN471B or 1N490 Intelligence Fusion Analyst, 75091 — Special Investigator (SI)
  • Multiple deployments to different AORs
  • Superb communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient at briefing senior leadership at the O6 level or higher
  • Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
  • Expert knowledge in SWA regional issues and political analysis
