Position Overview:

As a Custodial Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all designated areas are maintained in a pristine and hygienic state while delivering exceptional service to our residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in office spaces, fitness centers, community areas, laundry facilities, restrooms, and other locations within the community through dusting, polishing, vacuuming, sweeping, and trash disposal.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary.
  • Care for cleaning equipment and organize the storage area.
  • Identify and report any maintenance concerns promptly.
