About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Lead to oversee and expand client relationships, manage projects from design through construction, and take a leadership role in the growth of our structures practice.
Key Responsibilities
This position involves:
- Taking a leadership role in the design and spec development of bridge structure projects
- Client relationships, client development, and overseeing assignments that involve assisting in the analysis, conceptualization, design, and construction of projects involving bridge structures
- Assisting in the analysis, conceptualization, design, and construction of projects involving bridge structures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Professional Engineer (PE) certification or ability to obtain it, background in structural bridges (DOT not industrial), and 5+ years of experience or 10+ years for the senior role. Existing leadership or PM experience is highly valued.
