Physician Leader

Delphi Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Hospitalist Physician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented physician to lead our hospitalist team and provide high-quality patient care. As a Hospitalist Physician, you will be responsible for managing the care of hospitalized patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of hospitalized patients
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care

Requirements:

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of New York
• At least 3 years of experience as a hospitalist physician
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
