A state-of-the-art Endo Practice in Lapeer, MI is seeking a Full-Time Associate. The practice is experiencing significant growth and is supported by a top-notch Partner, clinical and administrative team. Our patient-centric and team-focused practice has all the modern amenities to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities- Reports to and is mentored by Lead Partner Doctor.
- Helps set the tone in the office and builds and maintains office culture.
- Sets clear expectations and provides training and coaching to clinical team on clinical process and preferences.
- Markets to new and maintains existing referrals.
- Examines, diagnoses, and treats the nerve and dental tissue of a patient's teeth.
- Administers anesthetics.
- Performs root canals and various endodontic surgeries such as apicoectomies.
- Addresses traumatic dental injuries.
- Stays up to date with new trends.
- Surgical experience preferred.
- DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
