Optometrist Opportunity

At Walmart, we offer a unique opportunity for independent optometrists to lease space in our Sam's Club locations. As an independent optometrist, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice, set your own hours, and control your patient schedule.

Our lease agreement requires a Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school, a valid state optometry license, and liability insurance. You will also have the option to opt into equipment and administrative support services for a fair market value.

As an independent optometrist, you will be responsible for providing eye and vision care services to patients, including routine exams, contact lens fittings, and corrective eyewear prescriptions. You will also have the opportunity to establish your own fee schedule and keep 100% of exam and professional fees.
