Key Responsibilities- Survey Data Collection: Operate electronic total stations, data collectors, and GPS equipment to measure distances, elevations, and angles.
- Survey Operations: Perform boundary, topography, ATLA, right of way, and construction surveys.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate survey equipment, including electronic data collectors, levels, electronic total stations, GPS, and survey vehicles.
- Record Keeping: Record accurate and clear field notes and document assignments.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Familiarity with total stations, data collectors, and GPS equipment.
The work environment is primarily field-based, with occasional office work. The field work involves extensive physical activity, including bending, kneeling, standing, shoveling, and lifting objects weighing up to 25 lbs. The work may be conducted in various weather conditions.
