Position Summary:

• Support participants in securing housing opportunities
• Deliver personalized coaching aimed at achieving economic advancement
• Perform comprehensive family evaluations and set tailored mobility objectives
• Engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders
• Comply with contractual obligations and maintain accurate service records
• Work collaboratively with both internal and external partners to tackle challenges
• Implement a trust-based coaching methodology
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures
• Perform additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential
• A bachelor's degree is preferred
• 1-3 years of pertinent experience
• Familiarity with coaching and mentoring techniques
• Knowledge of case management practices and community resources
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Willingness to work evenings when necessary
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

This position requires local travel and necessitates a valid driver's license along with access to a vehicle.
