Guitar Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Guitar Technician to join our team at Guitar Center. As a key member of our repair department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by repairing and maintaining their guitars and other instruments.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary range of $16.00-$24.00 per hour, plus commission based on experience. You will have the chance to work with a variety of instruments, from electric to acoustic, and develop your skills in guitar maintenance and repair.

• Inspect and diagnose issues with customer-owned instruments
• Perform repairs and maintenance services to ensure high-quality craftsmanship
• Maintain store-owned gear and complete warranty repair work
• Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers in a professional manner

• Proven experience in guitar repair and maintenance
• Strong understanding of guitar electronics and mechanics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
