We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a LPN, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Educate and mentor nursing staff to promote a culture of excellence
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
Requirements:
* Active and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
* Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
