Responsibilities- Assess and plan care for patients with complex medical needs, including cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgical patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona.
- 2+ years of experience in a critical care or surgical setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
