Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Nucor Warehouse Systems in Monroe, GA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the maintenance team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of warehouse systems and equipment.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.

• Serve as a technical expert for maintenance technicians and operations, providing guidance and training as needed.

• Identify and address opportunities for improvement in equipment performance and maintenance processes.

• Collaborate with the team to execute jobs and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Requirements:

• Two-year technical degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including scheduled and unscheduled overtime, rotating shifts, and off shifts.

• Strong communication skills and ability to develop and train others on LOTO procedures and policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.

• Excellent knowledge of LOTO procedures and policies.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic drawings.
