Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Specialist to join our team at EDI Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business transformation initiatives and leading SAP IT projects.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop process flows, and manage project budgets and resource allocation. You will also assist in verifying application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business transformation initiatives and lead SAP IT projects
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop process flows
  • Assist in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 8+ years of experience in lieu of Degree
  • Minimum 2 years in Project Management or Business IT
  • 2+ years' experience as Business and/or Systems Analyst
  • Minimum 1+ years of SAP experience with any of the following (FI/CO, MM, CAR, Retail, PI/PO, Hybris)
  • S/4 HANA experience is a plus
  • PMI/ PMP/ SAP certification a plus
  • Basic understanding of Database structures, Infrastructure, Networking, and PCI compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and best practice concepts and procedures

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 per annum.
