Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of comprehensive experience in employment litigation.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of effectively guiding litigation teams.
  • Experience handling investigations before agencies such as the U.S. Department of Labor, California Department of Industrial Relations, and EEOC.
  • Extensive experience representing clients in both Federal and State courts on employment-related matters.
  • Admitted to practice in California.
