About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing CNC programs using MasterCam software for 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and modify CNC programs using MasterCam software for diverse and complex machining operations.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, engineering plans, and geometric dimensions and tolerances to plan machining operations.
  • Setup, adjust, and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations.
  • Monitor output and ensure the accuracy of all production runs, making adjustments as needed to produce parts to specifications.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to understand work order requirements and to troubleshoot machining issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in the engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in MasterCam programming for 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machines.
  • Thorough knowledge of machine setup and CNC machine operation.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering plans.
  • Strong understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances.
