Job Description
As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing beverage selections to recipe and standards, offering product samples, and informing customers of coffee shop specials. You will also recommend coffee shop items to customers and use equipment according to company guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be able to follow directions, seek assistance when necessary, and report any safety risks or issues to store management. Additionally, you should be able to provide support and assistance to customers with special needs and older adults.
