About the Role
As a Clinical Transplant Psychologist with Southeast Physician Search, Inc., you will play a vital role in coordinating and conducting pre-transplant evaluations of patients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide patients with group and individual health and behavior interventions throughout their transplant journey in both outpatient and inpatient medical settings.

Collaboration and Teamwork
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary transplant team consisting of surgeons, medical providers, social workers, nutritionists, pharmacy staff, nurse coordinators, transplant leadership staff, and other consultants. This collaborative approach will ensure that patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their specific needs.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect an excellent compensation package, including all standard industry benefits. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants should possess a strong background in psychology, with a focus on transplantation medicine. A doctoral degree in clinical psychology or a related field is required, along with any necessary licensure or certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
