Job Overview:

Hays Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to lead our country club development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from planning to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
