- Oversee punch lists and ensure timely turnover of completed units to management.
- Secure all necessary building inspections and occupancy certificates.
- Address any cost-related issues with subcontractors.
- Keep the Project Manager informed of additional costs.
- Manage planning, organization, control, procurement, storage, logistics, and material utilization.
- Maintain an inventory log for sensitive materials.
- Provide training, guidance, and career development opportunities for team members.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction.

- Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods.

- Willingness to travel as required.
- OSHA 30 certification.
