About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Director to join our team at Huntington Learning Center of Blaine. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving student success and academic achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Progress Monitoring: Review and assess student learning programs to ensure progress and make adjustments as needed to achieve academic goals.
  • Parent Communication: Confer with parents to discuss student progress, provide feedback, and recommend additional tutoring services.
  • Collaboration with Teachers and Counselors: Regularly meet with school teachers and counselors to support student progress and provide guidance on additional support needs.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train part-time teachers to ensure high-quality instruction and support student success.
  • Teaching and Tutoring: Teach students as needed and provide individualized support to ensure academic achievement.
Requirements
  • A completed, 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3+ years of experience in management, customer service, and/or education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
  • Ability to advocate for student needs and recommend additional tutoring services.
  • Teaching/tutoring and/or ACT/SAT experience desired, but not required.
