Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Youth Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with youth ages 18 to 24 in the community and helping them access services such as career exploration, paid internships, skills training, and career services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit eligible youth for the WIOA Youth program
  • Connect youth with services and resources to support their career goals
  • Meet with participants to discuss their career aspirations and provide guidance
  • Develop and implement community outreach strategies to promote the WIOA Youth Program
  • Make referrals and assist with service linkage to ensure participants receive the support they need
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Three years of experience working in recruitment, sales, or community development
  • Experience working with youth and developing effective outreach strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse community setting
