Job Summary

Advenio Medical Staffing is seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to fill the role of Executive Director in our Hospice practice setting.

About the Position

This leadership opportunity offers a competitive compensation package and benefits. The successful candidate will supervise all aspects of patient care, oversee professional staff, and allied health personnel. They will be available on-site during business hours and may be required to work additional hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all activities of professional staff and allied health personnel.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • An active RN license in the state of VA.
  • A minimum of 1 year within the last 5 years of supervisory or administration management experience in Hospice.
  • Prefers 2-5 years experience managing/leading a hospice agency.
