">Lilou, Downtown Knoxville's French culinary destination, is a renowned establishment offering a variety of front-of-house positions. We are currently seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team.
">The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in craft cocktail bars and possess kindness, empathy, and a willingness to learn. Self-motivation, organization, and a positive work ethic are also essential qualities for this role.
">Behind the line at Lilou is Executive Chef Ben Tilatti, a native-born French citizen from the Basque region of Southwest France. Our French-focused cocktail program will be curated by co-owner Jessica 'Rabbit' King, while the wine and beer program will be managed by co-owner and Certified Sommelier, Aaron Thompson.
">Salary and Benefits
">We offer an estimated annual salary range of $40,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
