Responsibilities:

  • Lead installation, service, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration systems, including supermarket rack refrigeration and BMS controls.
  • Prepare for upcoming CO2 and natural refrigerant applications.
  • Build and mentor a team of technicians to service growing accounts.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC/R field work.
  • Active driver's license required.
  • EPA Type II certification is preferred but not required to start.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
