Job Overview
Midtown Athletic Clubs is seeking an experienced Racquet Sports Director to oversee racquet sport programming and all aspects of the racquet sports experience within our clubs. This leadership role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, controlling expenses, and ensuring that all racquet sports programs are delivered in a manner consistent with Midtown brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide inspirational leadership to your team of supervisors, coaches, and administrative support personnel.
• Based on Midtown core values recruit, hire, on-board and train Racquet Sports personnel.
• Plan, organize and direct all tennis, paddle, squash and pickleball related programs, activities, and events.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized tennis court environment including ball carts, balls and teaching aids.

Requirements
• Estimated salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
• 3+ years of experience in racquet sports management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
